Welcome, I remodel Victorian homes in Santa Cruz and offer them for rent. I live in Santa Cruz and manage the properties myself. What's Available? This cottage is south facing, really large and very charming. It is 1,092 square feet and comes with a seperate 64 sq. ft. storage space. It also has great closets, 5 in all! Surrounded by walnut, fruit and avocado trees, it is set in a garden with lots of space for growing vegetables and flowers. It is behind a historic Victorian house. About the Cottage Parking is on-street. Gas & Electric are paid by the tenants (this unit has its own meter). Water and garbage is paid by me. All appliances and heat in this unit are gas. This cottage has an energy saving on-demand water heater. This will save on the gas bill and provides endless hot showers. The one bathroom has an old claw foot tub with shower. The whole house has beautiful old knotty pine walls and ceilings. This cottage is full of old world touches and unique materials. It has a wonderfull antique cook stove with pancake griddle. Both bedrooms have great light and huge skylights. There is a coin luandry ($1.00 wash, $1.00 dry) on the property for use by this unit.
